Terms of Use & Software License

These terms apply to yonoku.com and to commercial software distributed by Yonoku, unless a product page, checkout page or separate agreement states otherwise.

Software license

A purchase grants a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the purchased software according to the site or activation limits stated for the purchased plan. The software is licensed, not sold.

Restrictions

You may not resell, sublicense, redistribute, publish or provide Yonoku commercial software, license keys or update packages to unauthorized third parties.

Compatibility

Product compatibility requirements are described in the product documentation or sales materials. WordPress, HivePress and third-party extensions are independently developed products and may change over time.

Updates and support

Access to updates and support is subject to the entitlement attached to the purchased license.

Purchases and refunds

Purchases may be processed by a third-party merchant of record, such as Lemon Squeezy. Checkout, tax collection, payment processing and refund handling may also be subject to the checkout provider’s terms and applicable law.
